Dati raccolti

Dati account: email e password (gestite tramite Supabase Auth; la password non è mai visibile in chiaro), nome visualizzato e, se scegli di caricarla, la foto profilo.
Contenuti creati da te nell'app: allenamenti (diario, valutazioni, foto delle sessioni), abitudini e completamenti, obiettivi e tappe, note (incluse note vocali registrate con il microfono), timer e risultati.
Per il ruolo allenatore: dati degli atleti inseriti dall'allenatore stesso — nomi, orari e presenze, stato dei pagamenti, scadenza del certificato medico e altre note.
Messaggi di feedback: se decidi di inviarci un feedback dall'app, conserviamo il messaggio associato al tuo account.

Come usiamo i dati

I dati servono esclusivamente a far funzionare l'app: sincronizzare il tuo diario tra i dispositivi, mostrare statistiche e, per gli allenatori, gestire i propri atleti. Non usiamo i tuoi dati per nessun altro scopo.

Nessuna pubblicità.
Nessun analytics di terze parti.
Nessuna vendita o cessione di dati a terzi.

Dove sono archiviati i dati

Tutti i dati sono archiviati su Supabase (database e storage) e trasmessi esclusivamente tramite connessioni cifrate HTTPS. L'accesso ai dati è protetto da regole di sicurezza a livello di riga (Row Level Security): ogni utente può accedere solo ai propri dati.

Permessi usati dall'app

Microfono: usato solo quando registri una nota vocale. Nessuna registrazione avviene in background.
Fotocamera / Galleria: usate solo per scegliere o scattare la foto profilo.

Conservazione ed eliminazione dei dati

I dati restano archiviati finché il tuo account è attivo. Puoi eliminare il tuo account e tutti i dati in qualsiasi momento direttamente dall'app (Impostazioni → Elimina account) oppure inviando una richiesta a springtechstudio@gmail.com. Per i dettagli vedi la pagina dedicata alla cancellazione dell'account.

Puoi richiedere in qualsiasi momento l'accesso, la rettifica o la cancellazione dei tuoi dati scrivendo a springtechstudio@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

SkateFlow is a training journal for skating (ice and roller). This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is used, and what rights you have.

Data we collect

Account data: email and password (handled via Supabase Auth; the password is never visible in plain text), display name and, if you choose to upload one, your profile picture.
Content you create in the app: training sessions (journal, ratings, session photos), habits and completions, goals and milestones, notes (including voice notes recorded with the microphone), timers and results.
For the coach role: athlete data entered by the coach — names, schedules and attendance, payment status, medical certificate expiry and other notes.
Feedback messages: if you choose to send us feedback from within the app, we store the message associated with your account.

How we use the data

Your data is used exclusively to make the app work: syncing your journal across devices, showing statistics, and — for coaches — managing their athletes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

No advertising.
No third-party analytics.
No selling or sharing of data with third parties.

Where the data is stored

All data is stored on Supabase (database and storage) and transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the data is protected by Row Level Security rules: each user can only access their own data.

Permissions used by the app

Microphone: used only when you record a voice note. No background recording ever takes place.
Camera / Photo library: used only to pick or take your profile picture.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all data at any time directly from the app (Settings → Delete account) or by sending a request to springtechstudio@gmail.com. See the dedicated account deletion page for details.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to springtechstudio@gmail.com.
